Description
Holds 8-inch, 10.25-inch and 12-inch fry pans plus 1.5-quart and 2.5-quart saucepans, saute pans and a 6.5-quart stock pot with glass lids. The 4.5 mm aluminum base spreads heat evenly to prevent hot spots for searing, sauteing, braising and roasting.
Use it on gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction, then finish meats or toppings in the oven up to 500°F. The metal-utensil safe coating wipes clean and the pieces wash in the dishwasher.
