Proctor Silex 62501 Hand Mixer 5-Speed Boost Silver

1.3 amp DC motor holds consistent speed and torque in heavy ingredients while running quieter. Five speeds plus Boost and a slower first speed keep flour and liquids in the bowl.

Work thick cookie dough in a large bowl for a family batch, starting slow then adding Boost as needed. Remove stainless twisted wire beaters and wash dishwasher-safe parts, wiping the mixer body clean.
